Double fermentation process. Copper pot distillation. Matured in barrels of 75 year old American oak and 150 year old French white for up to 7 years. Nose Very pleasant and soft on the nose with fruity and sweet aromas; Notes of cooked agave honeys, vanilla, prune, chocolate, toasted
