Caribou Crossing Sazerac Barrel Select Single Barrel Canadian WhiskyCaribou Crossing is the worlds first single barrel Canadian whisky. To maintain its Canadian Whisky designation, the spirit is distilled and aged for a minimum of three years in Canada before being transported to the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, for bottling. This 80 proof expression is produced from an undisclosed mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and utilizes the same hand bottling and wax dipping techniques as Sazeracs
