The Canberra Distillery French Earl Grey Gin (500mL)This gin was produced as a partnership between lifestyle publication HerCanberra and The Canberra Distillery. Local tea master Mikhaila Pennell also offered her expertise, helping to create a gin rich in Earl Grey flavours. When tonic or citrus is added, the spirit miraculously changes colour, becoming pink.

This dram might have a rather shocking name (apparently taken from a notorious unmarked lane in the Irish capital) but it’s a delicious
