National Defense

• Promote decentralization: Make purchases that promote local businesses in lieu of large national companies, because, if everyone is dependent on large centralized sources, an enemy can shut everyone down by taking over these sources. Thus, minimize the use of Amazon.

• Avoid electric cars, as this makes you dependent on the national electric power grid. In case of attack, the electric grid will be a first target. Also, China has vast control over the mining of lithium and other minerals needed for batteries, so the widespread use of electric cars makes us dependent on China.

• Make purchasing decisions that support local retailers and manufacturers, leading to a transition to a decentralized economy, with the following positive effects:

o reduced dependency on huge centralized nation-wide corporations like Amazon: The greater our dependency on large centralized sources, the easier it is for a foreign enemy to shut the country down, by taking over the centralized sources everyone depends on.

o Elimination of middleman mark-ups

o dramatically reduced consumption of fossil fuels used by cargo ships from the Far East, interstate trucking, and cargo airplanes, with positive environmental benefits as well as positive national defense benefits (larger oil reserves).

o Less wear and tear on highways, reducing the cost of maintaining our infrastructure.

o Reduction in the negative impact of supply chain shortages

• Avoid buying things “made in China” unless absolutely necessary. We need to eliminate our dependency on China and be self-sufficient or trade with allies. The CCP has stated that its objective is to take over the U.S.A. China is a communist dictatorship, forbidding people’s religious freedom. China persecutes Christians. The goal of the ruling CCP is to stamp out all religion as they do not recognize any authority higher than the CCP. For decades, China has been forcing families to a limit of two children, forcing women to undergo abortions in case of pregnancies after the birth of two children. We need to bring manufacturing back to the U.S.A.

• China’s economy is only kept afloat by its exports. The remainder of its economy is not sustainable. If we reduce our purchasing of products made in China, we will weaken our enemy without firing a shot. American companies will repatriate their manufacturing sites back to the U.S. as soon as they see that that American people are motivated to avoid or minimize purchasing goods made in China. Buck knife example.

• Buy “made in the U.S.A. (Nike article: You are paying 5% for the product and its quality and 95% for middleman mark-ups, overseas shipping, advertising, etc.)

• Vote for political candidates who understand that China is the avowed enemy of the U.S.A., with the stated objective of conquering the U.S.A., and who will promote bringing U.S. companies' manufacturing back to the U.S.A. (or at least out of China) to reduce our current great dependency on China, which is a liability in case of war, and which weakens our nation.
