Voting-by-Mail – Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania, any registered and qualified voter may vote-by-mail for any reason. To receive a vote-by-mail ballot you must apply for one online or through the mail.
Vote-by-Mail Application Deadline:
The deadline to apply for a vote-by-mail ballot is October 27th. However, we strongly recommend applying for a vote-by-mail ballot as soon as possible to ensure your ballot is received on time.
Deadline to Mail Your Vote-by-Mail Ballot:
Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by your county election office by 8 pm on Tuesday, November 3rd. A postmarked ballot on November 3rd that is received late is not enough – please allow extra time for your completed ballot to arrive at your county election office.
